AI100x sells Thai-language e-books and online courses. We collect only what is needed to deliver your order: email, phone number, items ordered and payment proof (transfer slip). When you message our Facebook Page or LINE account, we store the chat messages, your display name and any images you send (e.g. payment slips) only to answer you and process your order. An automated assistant answers common questions and hands complex issues to a human admin. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service (an AI model provider that drafts chat replies and checks payment slips, our email delivery provider and Stripe for card payments) and only for that purpose. We do not store card or bank details, and we never send promotional messages to people who have not contacted us.
Data deletion: to have your data, including chat history, deleted, send the message "delete my data" to our Facebook Page or to LINE @ai100x. We delete it within 30 days and confirm when done, except records we are required to keep by law (e.g. payment and tax records).
